Rust colored mushrooms

You see these rust-colored mushrooms everywhere in the Bighorn Mountains.

Same as last photo, but mushrooms were flipped over to display their gills and undersides.

These are several species of rust colored mushrooms that grow in the Bighorn Mountains.

Mushrooms and Fungi of the Bighorn Mountains

I created this blog to share photos I've taken of mushrooms and of other fungi that I found in the Bighorn Mountains in Wyoming.

As I learn to identify them, I will add the names of the species.  The above photo I took today on 8/24/14.
